This class is free!

Meet at Pavillion, near picnic area A and visitor center. Address is for visitor center. Please arrive early for parking as the weekends can get crowded.

Friendly reminder:
kids under 5 must be strapped in or harnessed, during duration of exercise.

kids above 5 need a waiver to sit outside of stroller or carrier & must not participate in exercise.
