1. Where were you born? Langley Air Force Base, Virginia.

2. Where did you meet your significant other? We met while we were both living in Central Oregon, through mutual friends!

3. What is your kiddo's name and age? Blakely and Raegan, they are 9 month old identical twin girls

4. What is your favorite invention? The air fryer and Traeger smoker! My husband and I love to cook. And we could not live without our favorite cooking tools. My favorite thing is smoked southern style BBQ. And my husband is an amazing cook and “master griller.”

5. What do you love most about FIT4MOM classes? I love being able to workout (which has always been my favorite hobby) all while meeting other moms. Being new to the Portland area I had a hard time meeting other moms until I joined Fit4Mom! It is so refreshing to meet such amazing women who provide so much support while navigating motherhood.

6. What is your favorite exercise? Rows! I love working my upper back.

7. Fun fact about you? I grew up in a military family, both my mom and dad served over 20 years in the Air Force. After I graduated from college, I was hired to work at a military base in Germany. I lived there for 2.5 years and during that time I traveled to 16 countries and I was also the High School cheerleading coach. My favorite two countries were Ireland and Greece.
