I was born in Fairbanks, Alaska

I joined Fit4mom after seeing an after class playgroup at the park and asking how I could be apart of it— I loved seeing all the moms hanging out together

Griffin, 8 months old

Sour gummy worms

5. What do you love most about FIT4MOM classes?

I love how it keeps me accountable and motivated to stay active

My favorite workout is a fast flow yoga class or core

I’ve broken my thumb multiple times while downhill ski racing
