4. What is your favorite invention? The airplane. I love traveling and feel grateful every time I get to fly.

5. What do you love most about FIT4MOM classes? You get everything in one easy hour! Movement, outdoor time, socializing, and quality time to sing and play with your baby.

6. What is your favorite exercise? Squats and lunges. I like it when you have that good burn feel at the end of class.
