1. Where were you born? I was born in Winston-Salem North Carolina. Moved to Oregon in 2016.

2. Where did you meet your significant other? We met on Instagram. He is from New York but his family moved to North Carolina and we dated there for 2 years before we moved to Oregon.

3. What is your kiddo's name and age? Christian Van Picardi. Van after his great-grandpa on my side of the family. He is 21 months old.

4. What is your favorite invention? The incubator boxes in the NICU! Imagine all the babies that didn’t make it prior to this invention. Both I and Christian probably wouldn’t be here today if they had never been created. I feel very fortunate that we are both alive and well!

5. What do you love most about FIT4MOM classes? I love how much thought goes into things. It seems like everything is accounted for from the adapted exercises based on postpartum stages all the way to mom's night out, songs for the littles, and crafts in class. FIT4MOM really has it all. I almost died of shock when I first found out about it because it is such a wonderful gift to moms!

6. What is your favorite exercise? Bicep curls, good mornings, single-leg deadlifts, squat pulses, overhead press.

7. Fun fact about you? I am an Irish twin!
